Start & Completion Dates

We provide these dates upon a meeting that is for the purpose of the signing of the contract that has Vaughn Construction hired for the project . We know these dates are very important to provide and we do our best to be sure that we get the job completed within the stated time frame. Sometimes delays happen that are out of or control that in any such event or events we will still aim for the dates we provide.

Listed here are average times it takes to complete some projects.

• Bathrooms - 1-2 weeks

• Kitchens - 2-4 weeks

• Decks - 1-6 weeks

• Additions - 1-6 months. "The majority of the project erection is spent with the existing living space uninterrupted."

Typically we do not start most of are projects until the materials "particularly ordered materials" are on the jobsite and inspected by Lou Vaughn!
