With regards to the
designing process,
unique angles are used as a result with each project type, there are
differences. I have put together, in short, what our general design
approach is and what it achieves. Some projects require more study than
others, but all to some degree, require what I have here as follows:
Time spent in planning ensures that a project's potential is fully
realized. Conceptual planning reviews the total building project.
Master planning, feasibility studies, and conceptual estimates are
some of the tools used to conceive a project.
Conceptual planning is the process of evaluating the
multitude of alternatives to accomplish our clients'
needs. This often involves over viewing and evaluation of a project.
The evaluation process is the first step to achieving a
superior end product.
Listening and talking
to understand your goals, constraints, and your diverse needs, then,
as a team, considering the various solutions is integral to
effective planning.
Understanding the needs
of those who will ultimately use the facility and translating those
needs into alternate designs and solutions is the foundation of a
successful project.
The above concept will get a project through the preliminary phase
of the design and have it proceed to the architectural or draftsman
drawings, if needed for any building permits when required.
